Jorge brings 15+ years of community organizing and strategic consulting experience to help nonprofits and businesses build capacity, secure funding, and create lasting impact. His work spans strategic planning, grant writing, disaster preparedness, and cross-sector collaboration.

Jorge’s approach is rooted in 15+ years of COPA (Communities Organized for Public Action) organizing, where he learned the power of relationships, listening, and collective action. He has developed innovative strategies and formed collaborations between organizations, businesses, the faith community, and government to address complex community challenges.
Recent Recognition:
Jorge presented at the California Office of Emergency Services LISTOS Conference and Philanthropy California’s Regional Grant Writing Training on “Building Capacity for a Climate and Disaster Resilient California.” His human-centered approaches to disaster preparedness have garnered attention from state agencies.

Hanalei Savala
Financial Educator & Wealth Strategist
Hanalei is passionate about empowering families to reach their financial goals through education, strategic planning, and personalized guidance. With a deep commitment to financial wellness, she helps individuals and families gain clarity and confidence about their financial future.
Hanalei has been in the financial services industry for more than 7 years and works closely with Estate Lawyers, Financial Advisors, Certified Public Accountants, and other professionals like physicians and nurses who changed careers because most health issues or stress-related problems derive from financial stress.
Recognition:
Hanalei is one of the top trainers at Global Financial Impact (GFI) as a Certified Field Trainer, helping families across the nation and even in different countries, particularly Canada. She earned a Bachelor’s in Health Science: Community Health Education and also possesses a Master’s in Healthcare Administration.

“My favorite role despite the unexpected challenges that come along with it, is being a Mother. I am passionate about setting the pace for my kids and creating generational wealth for them and their future kids and grandkids. Our education system is flawed as certain information is lacking within the school curriculum such as financial education. I believe it is my mission to help educate those that are not informed and provide options and resources to those that didn’t realize they need it. You don’t know what you don’t know.”
